Description
In Walking in Burano, players draft up to three cards or take money from a central play area. Subsequently these cards are played in their play area to build 3-storey houses. Add scoring cards when you complete a building.
Various Tourist cards score points based on the number of cats visible on the house, the colour of curtains and various other conditions. Keep an eye on these to maximize your points. Similarly, Resident cards score points based on types of storefronts, lighting installed and various other conditions. These can score you additional bonus points.
Mismatched colours and incomplete houses get penalties as do boarded up windows. When one player has built her fifth house, the game continues till all players have played an equal number of turns.
